Set in the beautiful beach resort of Arenal d’en Castell, our privately owned three-bedroom bungalow is part of Ses Casetes, a small and peaceful complex of just eight properties, only a few minutes’ walk from one of Menorca’s most stunning beaches.
The bungalow has three comfortable bedrooms — two doubles and one twin — making it ideal for families, couples or friends. There is a modern bathroom with shower, a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine located to the rear of the property.
Step outside onto your own private terrace, perfect for relaxed breakfasts, al fresco dinners or simply escaping into the shade with a good book. Sunbeds and a large parasol are provided, and from the terrace you have easy access to the spacious shared pool area.
At the heart of Ses Casetes is the large 14m x 5m swimming pool, with a separate children’s section and plenty of terrace space for relaxing in the Menorcan sunshine.
Despite its peaceful setting, everything you need is close by. The beautiful sandy beach, restaurants, bars and local shops are all within a few hundred yards, so a car isn’t essential.
For warmer days, the bungalow has air conditioning in the lounge area, along with ceiling and freestanding fans. To encourage mindful energy use, the air conditioning is coin operated at just €1 for 6 hours.
It’s a lovely little Menorcan gem — somewhere to slow down, enjoy the sunshine and have everything you need for an easy, relaxing self-catering holiday.
Grocery shopping
There are four small supermarkets within the resort for everyday essentials, all within easy reach of the bungalow.
If you’re hiring a car and would like to stock up on your way from the airport, Mercadona is a great option, with a much larger choice and generally better value than the smaller resort supermarkets. Lidl and Aldi can also be found on the industrial estate near the airport.
Hiper Centro, Mercadona and Sant Crispin also offer online grocery delivery to Arenal d’en Castell. When entering the delivery location, look for Es Mercadal, the municipality in which Arenal d’en Castell is located.
